  • Tuesday @ 1:30-2:30pm
  • Thursday @ 6:45-7:45pm

A fusion of gentle, and light activation Breathwork, followed by a Sound Healing that will leave you feeling refreshed and IN your body, ready to face the tail end of your week. Option to order lunch on your way in and have it waiting for you at the end of the class!
