A Trauma-Aware Approach to Stress, Anxiety and Nervous System Healing
This is a grounded, trauma-aware approach to healing that blends modern neuroscience with gentle energetic practices — supporting your body, mind and nervous system to recalibrate from chronic stress and overwhelm.
Breathwork works directly with the autonomic nervous system, helping shift the body out of fight-or-flight and into a state of safety, rest and repair. When combined with therapeutic sound, the body is supported to soften, release stored tension, and integrate emotional experiences at a pace that feels safe and regulated.
These sessions are not about pushing or “fixing” — they are about creating safety in your body, so healing can unfold naturally.

What a Session May Include
Personalised check-in
We begin by understanding how your body, mind and nervous system are currently responding to stress, life demands or emotional challenges.
Guided Breathwork
You’ll be guided through intentional breathing practices tailored to your nervous system and capacity. These may include diaphragmatic breathing, rhythmic breath patterns or gentle connected breath — always adapted to support regulation rather than overwhelm.
Sound Healing & Vibrational Therapy
Sound bowls, frequency instruments and vocal tones are used to support deep nervous system relaxation and energetic alignment. Sound helps quiet the thinking mind while inviting the body into rest, repair and integration.
Integration & Grounding
We close with grounding, reflection and practical tools you can take into everyday life — helping the benefits extend beyond the session.
A Trauma-Aware & Consent-Led Practice
All Breathwork and Sound Healing sessions are offered through a trauma-informed, nervous-system-led lens.
This means:
- You are always in control of your experience
- There is no pressure to push through emotions or sensations
- Practices are adapted to your capacity on the day
- Rest, pauses and grounding are always welcomed
While breathwork can support emotional release and healing, it is not a replacement for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. If you are currently experiencing acute trauma, dissociation, or have been advised against breath-based practices by a healthcare professional, please reach out prior to booking so we can determine whether this work is appropriate for you.
