If you are feeling overwhelmed, depleted, emotionally heavy or constantly switched on, Reiki offers a gentle way to come back to yourself.
I offer Reiki sessions for anyone who is carrying a lot. Not because anything is wrong with you, but because your nervous system has been working overtime.
This is a space to pause, soften, and allow your body to recalibrate.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a subtle yet powerful energy practice that supports your body’s natural ability to restore balance.
Rather than working through conversation or analysis, Reiki works quietly with your nervous system and energy field. There is no need to explain, fix or relive anything. Your body already knows what it needs. Reiki simply creates the conditions for it to respond.
Many people describe Reiki as deeply calming, grounding and clarifying. Others notice better sleep, emotional release, reduced stress and a stronger sense of inner steadiness.
Who is Reiki for?
I work with people who are experiencing ongoing stress, emotional load or nervous system fatigue.
Even when life looks fine on the outside, your body may still be holding tension that has never had a chance to clear.
Reiki can support:
- Nervous system regulation
- Emotional processing without overwhelm
- Deep rest and reset
- Reconnection to your body and inner awareness
- A sense of calm that carries into daily life

What happens in a session?
My Reiki sessions are gentle, supportive and grounded.
You will be welcomed into a calm, nurturing environment where your body is supported to rest.
You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably while Reiki is offered through light touch or hands placed just above the body.
There is no pressure to feel anything specific. Some people feel warmth, heaviness or a sense of drifting. Others simply feel deeply relaxed. All responses are valid.
After the session, many people notice a subtle but meaningful shift. A feeling of steadiness, clarity or space where there was tension before.
My approach
My approach to Reiki is nervous-system-informed and grounded.
This is not spiritual bypassing or high-intensity healing. It is gentle, respectful and supportive of where you are right now.
My work is about helping people feel safe in their bodies again. Safe enough to breathe. Safe enough to soften. Safe enough to reconnect with themselves.
