Through intentional breath patterns, you’ll co‑regulate your nervous systems, soften emotional tension, and open toward mutual presence.

3. Sound Healing Integration
Therapeutic sound frequencies help deepen relaxation, balance energy centres (chakras), and support emotional and physical coherence.

4. Reflection & Connection
We close with time to integrate, share gently, and ground into the body and heart — leaving you feeling calm, connected, and supported together.

DURATION & LOCATION

Sessions are held in Dee Why and they run for 2.5hrs.
