Some general info:

  • Sessions (1hr) will be held at Pittwater Sports Centre, 1525 Pittwater Rd, North Narrabeen. Starting 10am SHARP.
  • Program workbooks & pens will be provided
  • Herbal tea and some light refreshments will be provided, however there is also a cafe onsite.
  • Childcare provided when required – you will be asked to confirm this on a weekly basis to ensure we have sufficient care available.
